The terms-of-service are applied on all our services!

www.realgg.nl has to comply with (Anti-Money Laundering and terrorist Policy) in observing the rules of law and regulations on the prevention of laundering proceeds of crime/ criminal law act 5549 / 11/10/2006, at which the global standards of money laundering and terrorist financing risks are determined.
Due to this reasons, Real G&G has the right to request identity information of customers when necessary.

 

Ordering and Payment Limits
The minimum value for ordering currencies on-line is €50, the maximum €2000.

Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled. However we may buy back the currencies at the same rate if it is established that the order has resulted from a genuine mistake.

The onus of proving such mistakes falls to the Customers and must be communicated to Real G&G exchange Service within 24 hours.
In the case of NL deliveries and where Real G&G exchange Service agrees to buy back the currency, there will be a small handling charge; the handling charge for other destinations will vary.


Delivery by mail
NL customers can expect to receive their money within one working day if they place their order by 12:30pm. Customers who place orders after 12:30pm can expect to receive their money within two working days.
Where delivery is made at customer's request, Real G&G exchange can accept no direct responsibility or liability for safe delivery beyond ensuring the secure handover of payment to the chosen delivery address.


Delivery by internet
Alle exchanges orders will be handeled in a few hours(Ukash hase some delay at the moment), if ordered from monday till vryday and between 10:00 AM and 18:00 PM (UTC+01:00 Amsterdam, Berlijn, Bern, Rome, Stoockholm, Wenen) Orders before or after this time will be handled but they may take some more time for transfering.

Please note that:
Your money will ordinarily be delivered to your card billing address BTC address. On receiving the delivery you will be required to sign a delivery receipt.
If you are not at home (or the delivery address) you will be requested to collect the package at your local sorting office.
No delivery can be guaranteed on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm or during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
It is essential that you have a person you trust available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your delivery, as Real G&G exchange will not accept any liability for fraudulent acts committed by such third party signatories.
Please note the delivery charge includes insurance against loss / theft in transit.

Exclusion clause
Real G&G exchange Service excludes all liability for any claim arising from any act undertaken for a Customer unless the Customer can prove that Real G&G exchange Service caused the Customer to suffer loss.
When determining if Real G&G exchange Service has caused a Customer to suffer loss, the Customer accepts the actions of intermediaries not employed by Real G&G exchange Service are the actions of third parties. Real G&G exchange Service will not be responsible for any loss caused by a third party. This does not affect the customers' statutory rights.
